Ingredients: Ashwagandha root, Damiana, Fenugreek, Maca root, Nutmeg, Saffron, Bergamot, Catuaba.

Use- Shake well, 6-10 drops 3x a day or as needed followed by a small amount of water. Store in a dark cool place. You may take it with juice or water! 

Warning: Stop use if reaction occurs & seek medical care ASAP. Discontinued at 1st determination of pregnancy & avoid during nursing. Please make sure you are not allergic to any of the herbs before usage.

Please note that the adult dose for any tincture is 5 mls at least once per day, but generally twice per day.
